Less Lethal launchers are extremely dangerous and should be operated taking every safety measure into account. They can be lethal so be aware of this when launching projectiles in the vicinity of people or animals. Serious harm can come from a ricochet or any misuse of a less lethal tool. AC LESS LETHAL in no way accepts any responsibility for any damages and/or injuries resulting from the use of our products. Use any products from AC LESS LETHAL At YOUR OWN RISK! Do not purchase or use any item from this site if you are not permitted to do so by your state and/or local laws. Only use for intended purpose.
Not for novice use. A certain amount of mechanical and pneumatic skill and understanding is required to successfully own and operate any less lethal launcher. Please expect to maintain your launcher, and make adjustments to solve small issues. AC LESS LETHAL is not responsible for any issues intrinsically expected from high pressure air/gas use or any damage caused by the user.
All launchers are custom built and made from unused, brand new components. Some signs of the build process may be apparent. Machined parts may show signs of tooling paths and marks associated with the machining process. This does not indicate previous use or parts effectiveness.
We test every launcher, Optic and magazine before shipping. We quality control our projectiles. We insure that all products that leave our facility are functioning an manufactured to the highest standards. There are no refunds or returns on launchers, projectiles or installed parts of any kind. AC LESS LETHAL reserves the right and exercises sole discretion on any repairs or refunds of any kind. After purchase-of brand new item from manufacturer should be taken care of by the manufacture warranty and guarantee. Any exchanges or refunds will require the original merchandise returned at the purchasers expense with no exceptions. Any attempt to dispute credit card or any other payment method will result in your immediate and permanent ban from doing any future business with AC LESS LETHAL.
